Another health plan picks Outcomes group for MTM
Outcomes Pharmaceutical Care has been chosen by Senior Whole Health to provide medication therapy management to its drug plan
Senior Whole Health has selected Outcomes Pharmaceutical Health Care to administer medication therapy management to enrollees in its Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Special Needs Plan. Senior Whole Health offers health insurance to patients in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. All seniors enrolled in the plan are eligible for the MTM program, which includes an annual medication check-up, patient education, compliance monitoring, and other services. Pharmacists interested in participating can call (515) 237-0001.
