Today, Josie works as a pharmacy clinical application support analyst at Sanford Health, where she connects the worlds of pharmacy practice and health IT. Her career path reflects the increasing diversity of opportunities available to technicians, from hands-on patient care to technology-driven roles. Throughout the episode, Josie reflects on how pharmacy has changed during her career, what excites her most about the profession today, and where she sees technicians making a lasting impact.
