$8 million in HGH found in Brooklyn pharmacy raid

One person arrested and $8 million in steroids and human growth hormone confiscated in raid of Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Lowen's Pharmacy.

For the second time in five months, federal officials searched Lowen's Pharmacy in Brooklyn, N.Y., as part of the spiraling investigation by the Albany district attorney into on-line steroid and human growth hormone (HGH) sales throughESPN, investigators found 90 gm of raw HGH, worth an estimated $8 million, as well as testosterone, nandrolone, and stanozolol.
